This rake arrives as 17014 Hyderabad Pune express and immediately after a halt of 1hour departs as 17013 Pune Hyderabad express from Pune. So you can imagine what will be the condition of the coaches.
At Pune junction, it just feels like a passenger/EMU train.
People deboard and immediately people board it. Sleeper coaches and General coaches are stinky.

This train has a very poor food/catering facility. My personal suggestion will be to rack up as much food as you can by Pune/Daund/Kurduwadi, because once this train branch away to the Kurduwadi-Latur-Bidar line, getting food items en route is very difficult.
I personally had to starve myself till Latur road junction where also there is only one food item stall which literally gets overcrowded once this train reaches there. During my journey, I had done my lunch from Pune and luckily bought a bread omelet and chips from Daund junction, but had to sleep hungry stomach on the night.

Getting a confirmed ticket for Pune to Hyderabad in this train is much easier as compared to 17031 CSTM HYD express as 17031 have RLWL quota for Pune to Hyderabad which if having RLWL 20+ in SL class then difficult to get confirm.
Whereas 17013 Pune HYD express enjoys a GNWL quota but which comes at an expense of slower timetable, poor catering, poor cleanliness and odd arrival timings at Lingampalli/Begumpet.
