Ab ye to mujhe nhi pta but NER ke stations aisa karte hain. May be for income in the division and this is a provision in NER.

This train usually starts from pt no 9 in gorakhpur jn. If you hv ur own vehicle u can go directly to platform no 9 via dharmshala, medicle college road.
