But recently I have traveled in this train from Chennai to Visakhapatnam in sleeper, train was neat & clean when I was boarded in Chennai again bathrooms & coaches are cleaned at Vijayawada, at Vijayawada many unreserved passengers boarded train & disturbed reserved passengers TC taken action against them. So if you are traveling to Chennai to Visakhapatnam no worries but from Visakhapatnam to Howrah I don't know. Also avoid travelling in general coaches in this train.

Yes, overcharging is common. We must insist on food charges as prescribed by Railways only.
