The big problem I have with this coach composition is that they have not bothered to remove the 2 HCPV coaches.
Without it, the number of AC coaches and non AC coaches could have definitely been balanced.

They should limit HCV to 1 and GS to 3 and add 2 3AC. Could understand the obsession to attach 2HCV for a short train.
People from SVM, QLM travel to MAO by QLM - VSG Passenger to further continue their journey to NZM and if tickets are not available for MAO Rajdhani, MAO SK Express then Goa Express is booked as no other option. 2nd pit line at MAO is completely independent of SWR hence constructed otherwise it would have met the same fate as VSG.
The then 7225/26 BZA - VSG Amaravati Express was a daily train when introduced but due to less patronage its frequency was reduced to biweekly and later converted to 4 times a week.
It's not like that they first prefer Goa express. The afternoon passengers train is almost as good as cancelled. SWR cancels it every now and then.

ssastronaut~ 919 blog posts12071/72 Hingoli Janshatbdi should be converted into normal Super Fast Express and should be named as "Sant Namdev SF Express" (संत नामदेव सु.फा. एक्सप्रेस ). This will enable IR to introduce general tickets in trains and will benefit the people. Anyways many stoppages have been introduced for this train and train no more qualifies as Janshtabdi Express.
Maintainence will also be pathetic now. Already it was not good.
Its not good because of RSA with Panchavati Express. Incoming Panchavati from Manmad is turned around at CSMT and goes as Jan Shatabdi to Hingoli, then back from Hingoli the next day to CSMT where it is turned around again as Panchavati to Manmad.
This whole RSA was meant to clear one rake from Mazgaon pitlines, which has resulted in this condition of 12071/12072 Jan Shatabdi Express.

It's PM shifted to Manmad post rake sharing with Jan Shatabdi and hence the quality detoriated. It reachesate night at Manmad so I don't think overnight maintainence is worth there. Post Hingoli now it will be more worse.
CR should start a bi weekly train service between

Via BRC 4 hrs time have been saved here. Plus since train goes via Bhopal. Here the trains get packed and Pune doesnt get any chance for getting a confirm ticket. Also every cant afford to travel by Duronto and Darshan much. And in case of Jhelum it can be upgraded to Superfast as like of GT Express.
But that train also run Jampacked and also have lot of Slack. Better Demand a New One from Daund/Solapur to Chandigarh (Via Pune) on weekly/Biweekly Basis.

Pune Amritsar, Pune Haridwar still unconnected with dedicated trains.... SF premium type trains can work.
Pune to Manmad can easily be covered in 5 hours now and from Manmad to Mathura Karnataka Express take 15 Hours 30 minutes.
So Pune to Mathura via Bhopal can be covered easily within 21 hours by a normal superfast train.
