In SER, there are 6 major CDOs, SRC/PDPK/TATA/KGP/HTE/ROU. It may be Tatanagar. I haven't seen the maintenance of Rourkela or Kharagpur so can't tell the exact answer.
Piyush imo SER me koi bhi CDO ka maintenance behat acha nahi hain.
In SER maintainance of TATA CDO is little better than others.
In ER maintainance of SDAH and ASN CDO is better. TKPR CDO of ER is also better than SRC, PDPK CDO of SER
