When the Dhanbad Chandrapura line was closed, the TT line was projected as its alternative by the print media.
An idea came up with me this week, so thought about discussing with you all
Using the Google Earth I have created a proposal of alternative DC line via Ispatnagar route.

Yes, but why on earth they construct High level platform, FOB and waiting room in Chas and IPTN.

Considering the pink books of ECR & SER, somehow they are trying to prepare TT line as its alternative...
I thought if they could connect Talgaria and Dhanbad (at Kusunda ), they can use TT line in the most efficient way, and easily speedup the trains enroute at least by an hour

Bhai the route you are suggesting is passing through the colliery area so it might not be feasible
Yeah 😅
I tried to avoid that area around Kusunda, but that would be difficult to implement.
Is the area nearby Kusunda also affected ?? As far as I know, Katrasgarh - Sijua- Bansjora was affected.

We often forget that trains on ADRA-BJE-GMO section under the threat. That Y connection for Ispatnagar is mostly to connect IPTN line to CRP avoiding BKSC. This will help to divert all trains coming from ADRA-BJE via IPTN to GMO.
IPTN is not a junction so how is a Y connection possible? It’s because after IPTN there is no station till Bokaro North Cabin and this Y connection is for BKSC/IPTN-CRP Line over Rajabera bridge. This is my understanding .

Why this train needs 3 rakes when there is enough time for PM at Secunderabad. Is there any pit line issue?
One will be running
If train reach bbs at 11am-12pm, departs bbs at 2 pm appx then it will reach sc at 9-10 am still it needs 3 rakes , so 1 rake is needed too extra 4.55 pm dep

Not so good train, can't understand that could not maintain punctuality in arrival of BBS. Like arrival time is around 3 pm at BBS and departure is at around 7 am and still getting delayed.
The train has lot of slack from SC to Vskp atleast 60 mins will be reduced in next TT. From Vskp to BBS it has 17 stops with 441km and still it reached 30 mins before in 7hr 45mins with 55-60kmph. Isn't it good speed and punctuality? The max they could reduce is 20hrs and still requires 3 rakes from present 21hrs. The present timings are from SC gives convenient dep and morning arrival at SC and also has good timings for VZM to Beehampur from where 60% travellers travel to Hyderabad. They need more late dep from SC after office hours and early arrival to get to full working hours to avoid taking leave.
