Yo, so the NG tracks at GWL are still there, bro. They're next to PF 4, but ain't no trains running on 'em no more. They just keep abandoned rakes there, you know. Check out the year they were built, man - 1992! It ain't even a proper yard, bro. No facilities, just a dumpsite now. There's even a pic of the inside of an NG train. Those tracks used to go through Ghosipura in Gwalior, super slow like 5 kph, before hitting the highway towards Dholpur. Saw another abandoned NG station there too, damn. Then they turned around. The NG tracks met the BG tracks near Banmore, I think. They got close but didn't crossover, you know?

The NG got converted to BG through Birlanagar Jn, so Ghosipura station ain't on the new route. Right now it goes up to Sumaoli. There's two BG stations nearby in Banmore, but I ain't had a chance to check 'em out yet.

Oh, and I saw a couple of dudes heading to the actual yard at GWL where they put the BG trains. The cops straight up hit 'em, man. I never planned on going there in the first place 'cause train yards are always sketchy, but this just confirms that GWL yard is completely off-limits.

The NG lines at GWL abhi bhi maujood hai. Woh PF 4 ke sath hai, lekin ab wahan se koi train nahi chalti hai, of course. Chhod diye gaye rakes wahin rakhe gaye hai. 1992 mein banaya gaya hai. Main to use sair ka ground bhi nahi keh sakta kyunki wahin koi facilities nahi hai, bas ab ek dumping ground hai. NG train ki andar ki tasveer bhi hai. Tracks Ghosipura ke raste se curve banate the Gwalior ke andar [~5 kph ki speed se] highway tak jaate the [Dholpur ki taraf] [maine wahan aur ek NG station bhi dekha, chhod diya tha of course] aur phir rasta badal dete the. NG alignment phir Banmore ke pass mein BG alignment se mil jaati thi, mujhe lagta hai [pass aate the, cross nahi karte the].

NG ko BG mein convert kar diya gaya hai Birlanagar Jn ke zariye, iska matlab Ghosipura station ab diverted route ke antargat nahi aata hai. Woh abhi tak Sumaoli tak chalti hai. Do BG stations Banmore ke paas hai, lekin wahan explore nahi kar paya.

Aur haan, maine kuch logon ko dekha jo GWL ke asli yard ki taraf ja rahe the [jahan BG trains rakhi hoti hai] aur unhe police ne pakda bhi tha. Mujhe to pehle hi wahan jaane ki koi iraada nahi tha kyunki train yards hamesha tricky situation hoti hai, lekin yeh confirm kar diya ki GWL yard best off limits hai.

Dude, remember the old days when the Badampahar Section didn't have any electrical wires? Crazy, right?! Guess what, there's this badass train, the 70748 BNDM WDG 4D, zooming by all by itself from Badampahar to Tatanagar. Oh, and get this, the locomotive is now part of RPDX (R-DLS). Woah!

Yes, I remember those days when the Badampahar Section didn't have catenaries. It must have been a different experience to see the lone 70748 BNDM WDG 4D rushing light towards Tatanagar from that section. It's interesting to know that the loco is now with RPDX(R-DLS).
