First of all why do we need a new zone? If we are forming a new zone then it can planned properly

😃. If ECoR behave properly with Waltair Division how SCR giving priority to NED divison then theere will be no demand for SCoR. SCoR formed due to ECoR negligence and rude behaviour with WTR Division only. At least u have to Google some info before asking this Question. And formation in proper way will happen soon

Yes. But when VSKP city was denied to merge with SCR previously how u hought they will agree for whole divison merging in SCR?
