My flat is in there... But I currently stay in Bangalore. I may relocate back to HYD in this year...to enjoy stay in own house...Rented it out to a family from DJ as of now..

There is road that is being laid for direct connection. Yes you are right.. Its 1 km even in straight line. HTCY is more easily accessible at 1.5 kms with 200 ft road.
