Beware of this train, my parents have an reserved seat in 3AC, Compartment B2, i cross checked the seats after chart preparing it was correct. But when i reached station, i was shocked by the negligence by Indian Railways as whole class B2 was replaced by Ordinary Sleeper Class and all passengers of class B2/ 3AC have been accomodated in sleeper class. It was not downgraded but it was fully replaced boggy. No one was there to give my answers, they have only one answer that i you donot want to travel get your ticket cancelled. Very poor service.
it is done only at time of a sudden emergency, e.g. if there was some sparking in wires of 3ac coach and no other was available at that time, if they wait train would have gone late... so we passengers must co-operate some time with railways, and this is not only problem of this train but of each and every one.
In such cases,difference of fare is returned to the passengers or if the passenger doesn't wish to travel then full refund is given.
