Passengers who booked the ticket in SL (not in AC) from MYS to JTJ or beyond and planned to board at SBC need not worry about the TTE. He will check the tickets only after BNC. Personally experienced more than 7 times. When I asked the TTE he cited the reason that a majority of the crowd boards at SBC, despite reserving from MYS.

Passengers who are Traveling with Confirm Tickets have to board at the Source station of Booking and have to sit on their berths. It was before that Tte on Hunanitarian basis wait for 1 or 2 stations for the passenger, but now he has to allot the berth to the Rac passenger after the Departure of train if the actual passenger din't turn up. Railway has Ordered these new Rules because Mis-use of Berth allotments.
According to New Rules the Tte have to Check the Coach Immediately after Departure of Train. He have to Update Chart minute by minute. If Confirmed passenger is not on that coach-berth, that berth have to be allotted to the Rac passenger who is...
