Anupam Enosh Sarkar^~ 32882 blog postsPlatform no. 6 is towards the Hatia-end of platform no. 1. There's a separate entry gate for Pf. 6 too. All the Lohardaga bound trains depart from platform no. 6.
Can't tell for sure, never went to Ranchi after May 2014. Will be travelling to Ranchi on 07.05.16
