I have booked a E-ticket for two passenger of 3rd AC of Punjab Mail. I want to replace the passenger No.2 with another passenger. What is the procedure for that ?
Can be done only if the one being replaced and the one replacing them are blood relatives. An application needs to be drafted addressing the Chief Reservation Supervisor and submitted at the PRS counter at least 24hours in advance along with relevant proof supporting your case.
Yes ... Change of name FROM mother TO son.... so is it confirm and guaranteed that they will change the passenger name upon submitting to Chief Reservation Supervisor ?
