Plus from pune it takes nearly 25 hours for a distance of 1592 kms with avg of 63 km .
If re routed via pune kyn brc kota ratlam ,

A simple re-routing via PVR, KWV can save 58 Kms and one loco reversal. Ofcourse, it will avoid Pune. To take care, a train with YPR-MRJ slot can be introduced as YPR-NZM via UBL-MRJ-PUNE-PNVL-BSR-KOTA. Mysore passengers can save atleast 2 hours, as (a) 58 kms is saved, (b) Satara ghat section is avoided (c) one loco reversal is avoided.
Also, a new connection is established from KA to Pandharpur. As of now, there is no train from anywhere in KA to PVR.
