can do only at PRS counters and not avbl online... and also seperate queue there for.
How much quota is set for handicapp pax?
can i get cnf tickets at PRS counter at any time of the day or i have to stand early in the morning?

You need to approach PRS counter for that. Don't forget that Both passenger and Escort will be eligible for Concession.

Secondly when i checked the same in the net for handicap quota is shows as Not avbl status on 12th & 13th may it shows avbl 2..
