Can I book a ticket 2 months in advance and later on when i get the student concession form present it at the psr counter and get the concession on the ticket without any new reservation? What is the procedure? and how is the reservation remain the same?

It can't be done. As Concession Code is applied at the time of Booking only. it can't be applied after ticket has been booked. My suggestion is that book two ticket one is 2 Months advance and then books another After getting form, and then cancel Previous Ticket.

How can it be done manually through the railways reservation section counter?
I understand I-ticket can be booked and when it is presented at the psr counter it along with concession form, a new ticket will be issued and the concession money will be refunded the next day to the account.

sir according to rule for concession booking every passenger should provide required doucments at the time of booking a ticket.

If it's there then you should go ahead and book.. But I don't think it's available for Inline Booked I Ticket.
