People are ready to pay. Tickets are not available in any of the trains from Mumbai-Chennai,they completely fill on the ARP day.
Or the hiddle tvc / madurai duranto can be utilised for spl train to mumbai very difficult to book no more bookings
Not even normal specials are announced on Mumbai-Chennai/Bangalore route how can Premium Specials be expected?... :P
