As i can remember patna rajdhani was introduced in the year 1996-97.I think he wastalking about sampoorna kranti. As guy said PNBE rajdhani....
ab media ho ya film director unko kya pata ke hum ek-ek chiz ki aisi jaankari rkhte hai..kuuch v bbata dete hai.. Q K unhe to bus aam-aadmi k sath emotional TRP game khelna hai...
still Sampoorna Kranti was introduced in 2002 by Nitish Kumar. Moreover about facilities, Mr. Lalu Prasad was complaining about clean drinking water, cleanliness, security, food etc. Why didn't he mend all these things, these problems were also there when he was in the office. All he is worried about is to do halla in the parliament.
