Got reply from NER over an RTI. And yes the reply is so proper.
RTI Ques: Number of tickets booked from GKP, GKC, BST, KLD, GD, BSB, MGS, MUV to Delhi stations.
However, I didnt get reply for BSB, MUV, MGS. Maybe NR/ECR will reply for same. Also for GKP,GD,BST,KLD; all trains are not included. Even gorakhdham, shaheed, MFP GR r not included. But all other major ones are included.

per data provided by NER (excluding bookings in Gorakhdham, MFP GR, Shaheed, etc and not including tickets till GZB)
1AC - 16 bookings daily avg - ~1 coach
2AC - 76 bookings daily avg - ~2 coach
3AC - 120 bookings daily avg - ~2 coach
SL - 761 bookings daily avg - ~11 coaches
General - about 2637 people daily on average. Assuming 150 people per II Coach 17 GS are needed, 9 coaches are run by Gorakhdham
so 8 II coaches in new train.

Total: 24 coaches.
This is as per the data by NER. And it does not include people getting down at GZB or passengers of 12555/56
