Can I cancel the waitlist or RAC general e ticket after the chart preparation and get the refund...What about WL tatkal tickets after chart preparation??
No need to cancel waitlisted e-ticket after chart preparation. It will cancel automatically and amount will be refunded
For RAC tickets after chart preparation, you have to file TDR.
WL tatkal (e-ticket) also cancelled automatically after chart-preparation

If an e ticket, whether GN quota ticket or Tatkal quota ticket remains in waitlist after chart preparation, it is cancelled automatically and money is credited in your bank account with in 4-5 working days.
