Why u call this as Insult? No big deal, just being a Special Premium, it depends on the controller out there.
Yeh Sawaal Unn log se Poochna Chhahiye jinhone 1800 Rs Sleeper me Premium Fare bhara hai for a Good Journey, Pehle hi trn 40 Minutes late Upar se Normal trn se Overtake........-_-

04005/06 Ndls-Pnbe premium is slower than an express train in the same route and has a scheduled overtake of BP mail towards Pnbe and SK, Pnbe Raj, Bgp GR towards Ndls and it will never arrive on time as even slightest delay will bring it in the radar of rajdhani and make it run late by at least 3 hrs daily towards Ndls..
