What is the need for RSA for nellai pothigai and KK pearlcity express. they all have separate set of coaches. Unnecessary board confusion for passengers. I have seen many passengers missing nellai express because of this RSA.

RSAs pertaining to trains departing from MS are applied to facilitatae maintenance. Though there is no reduction of rakes/ coaches because of RSA the benefit is that maintenance can happen at one yard for 4 rakes.
The main issue is side board and name board only. If SR corrects it, NO prob for all passengers. But SR won't listen into this
Simply because SR has relatively been well served over the years.
yes , due to SR not only name board problems, eariler KK and Nellai very clean. now due to RSA Nellai and KK not much maintained , it leads to cleanliness and affecting punctual
