""As an very surprising move the Railways has bared IRCTC agents from high priced Premium Trains ticket booking. And due to this unjust move many common passengers having no Computer and IRCTC ID are unable to book ticket in many Premium Trains, On the other side many such trains are showing huge vacancy. The move is very strange and passenger unfriendly. No one can understand how such pricey tickets can be manipulated by IRCTC Agents when Railway already imposed a Four hours blackout and other strict measures like ID for reserved class passengers ? reconsider and reexamine this rule and allow IRCTC Agents after 12:00 hrs so they can also book ticket for needy passengers. Kindly note that not all passengers know how to get vacant berths after charting and and not all passengers are tech savvy and here eTicket Agents are big helping factors. And due to this many Premium trains are not getting desired occupancy. Hope Railway Board and IRCTC will son tack passenger friendly decision on this issue. ""
