If travelling to T3 Delhi Airport from Old Delhi rly station - Take the metro till New Delhi Railway station and change metro to Airport Line, You could reach the airport T3 in under 40 minutes including the metro interchange, and costing less than 130 Rs. Auto/Taxi would take at least 1-1.5 hours depending on traffic and over 250 for auto and over 500 for taxi
The other option for both T1 and T3 - alight from the station towards Kashmere gate/GPO side - there are Airport Express AC buses that run every 15 minutes, they would take around 1 -1.5 hours and charge 100 Rs only - you could tug a lot of luggage in the bus as well as they...
