yesterday my family members went by this train to palasa,omg general coaches were in pathetic condition u cant have space to put legs also this situation was before 1 hour departure of train,people were sitting in toilet also ,TTE was taking 500 rs as penalty for waiting list passengers

:-) how much penalty for travelling inside A/c coach night can sleep in the floor ?
The train that comes to chennai as Coromandel express at 5:15 pm leaves the same night as chennai-hwh mail. As soon as it arrives at 5:15pm there is already a huge crowd waiting to board the train in general coaches. I think unless the railways limits the issue of wait listed tickets, people will continue to purchase wl tickets and board reserved coaches.
TTE ka kya hai, wo to AC me jake so jaata hai, use passengers se kya matlab
there is no limit to waitlist..I feel even tickets for general coaches should be issued as 2S reserved seats, and the waitlist should be given considering only 150 per coach
Thats what i am trying to say.....the wait list should be reduced and regret status shown though such a move would hit rail revenues
