New Option 'Resumption of Failed Ticket' is Useless, Agar Failed Ticket ki Payment se hi Dubara Booking ho Paati toh Yeh Option Useful hota, Aaj Jammu to Delhi ki Booking karwa raha tha Shaam ko 04:30pm,tabh bhi meri Booking Failed ho gyi, and My Sum of Rs.1480 is Now with IRCTC, and From 04.45pm Main 'Settlement Request' ka option dekh raha hoon, agar koi kahega ke Railways ne Improve kiya hai, development kiya hai toh Yeh Baat Kabhi Hazam Nahi Hoti,IRCTC ki website dekh ke pta chal jata hai ke Kitni Development Huyi Hai, 09:30am to 12:00pm to site Bilkul Down rehti hai, aur uske baad bhi Bilkul Third Class Service deti hai site, kuch pta nahi chalta ke, yeh kaise Tarraki ki hai , Ngpay, Cleartrip, Makemytrip, Inn sites par kaise booking first attempt mein ho jaati hai, Yeh Kya Jhol Jhaal ho raha hai, Sirf IRCTC ki site ho...

there are cases when "payment settled/settlement done" and "ticket no booked" due to mis-match in berth preference or other preferences.

Just experiencing this after 2 failed transactions :( ... This is frustrating. Will now attempt for 3rd time..
They are just making fool of everyone, Website like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Facebook, Millions of People Hit these sites everyday,every minute, every second, and still these sites are working fine in all aspects, and why IRCTC Website is Not? This raises a Question Mark, Kya woh Private Sites Like Cleartrip, Makemytrip of Fayda Pahuncha rahe hain, kyunke Private Sites par Apko har ticket par Rs.10 to Rs.15 Zayda dene padte hain, shayad IRCTC Unke saath milke Commission khaa raha hai, Kyunke IRCTC ki Site Poora Din Down Rehti hai, Shit on them.
