If you have confirmed or rac ticket then only board this train. Otherwise you have to pay full cost for food like tea, water bottle, food etc.. As I travelled within rain with waiting ticket, I asked to tte then he gave me a birth on which pc staffs keeps their pillow and food. And said me to pay fare for tea, water bottle, food etc extra eventhough food cost included in train ticket itself..
