WL implies that open berth are full & hence WL assigned!!
Now, only CK & Earmarked Quota berth gets left along with Multiplex-ing options of various intermediates!!
With summer rush, CK/Earmarked Quota gets squeezed while Multiplexing cant lead complete end-to-end station WL clearance!!

Less Cancellations due to peak time...Now one thing has to be taken in to account new rule the HO quota/other hidden quotas where in the left out of these are used to clear GNWL not the entire quota.

You can see this is high profile train so is the demand for HO quota.Say if 50 HO quota allocation is there and 30 have been picked up by HO clearance the left out 20 only shall be going to be used for GNWL clearance which earlier used to head clearing CKWL.
