I heard a 3 member committee was formed to look into formation of a separate zone in residual AP few days back consequent to passage of AP.Re-organisation bill 2014.
Will some body provide me the names of the committee members or an official order if any.

This Seems to be New News One Committee has been formed recently for suggesting out possible Capital for the Residual AP..Its Headed by Shri K C Siva Ramakrishnan. You can see the Detailed New on Press Information Bureau of India Site.
You seem to have heard it a bit differently :)
There are altogether 21 committees formed as of now related to AP re-organisation,but the one specific to separate zone was also formed which was sought by a media friend.
A committee to look after employees option will be looked after by Sri.Kamalnathan and as you said rightly said the capital for the residual AP is headed by Sri K C Siva Ramakrishnan.
This i haven't come across at all...Don't know if one as such is in force or not.
