actually the reason for shifting from DLI to ANVT was saving of time. as same rake is used for return train. Most of the time this train starts late from ANVT hence overtaking. situation will not improve till the Turn around Time is increased at ANVT.
better to start this train from HTE by 10:30. so will reach ANVT early and has decent turn around Time. otherwise will continue to suffer.
