I booked a tatkal e ticket which is wait listed.should I cancel it myself or will it be cancelled automatically on chart preparation?
What about refunds?

If it remain in Wl after charting, the ticket will get cancelled by the system and the amount will get refunded to the account you used to pay the amount.
if all passengers end up in wl cancelled automatically and money refunded in 3 working days.
So better to wait and see if it gets confirmed though chances are very low.
