Nope.
No one likes accident and heads rolls whenever accident happens.

Sometimes. But sometimes,its the carelessness of the people too,that causes accidents. Railways has banned smoking in trains,but still people smoke in trains. Result,fire catches in trains,killing those innocent lives.
