Abhi~ 8548 blog poststhis has been one of most successful train of recent times ..introduced in 2004 it has now becomes the king of NDLS - SBC route with people's first preferences and then the other options ... IR should consider more trains like these with minimal stops and max priority ...

At that time, it was a non-stop train between YPR and NZM.
I remember, I got a confirmed berth in this train on the day of departure itself.
As it was not generating revenue, stoppages were given to it.

i have been traveling since its inception , when it used to be non -stop with tech halts , only a single tte used to travel end to end ...but it has gained popularity immensely in last 5 years ..now the most prefered train from bpl - kcg , ngp - kcg , ypr - kcg and finally nzm - ypr ...
