MailguardSG25~ 24054 blog postsyesterday's North East Exp delayed by 20 hrs & expected to reach GHY @ 14.00,if no extra rake was there today's 12505 should have been rescheduled by atleast 13 hrs...but no re-schedulling done..it means 5th rake is available for North East.

aisa kyun kiya hai inhone? rakes should be kept dedicated for atleast daily trains
sir agar dedicated rakes hi hote toh NE ko 4 se zyada rake nahi milta,jabki kayi saare weekly 40-45 hrs before pahuch jaati hain...so those rakes are pressed into service for late running trains.
but i think ghy has enough rakes , only thing is that there is a lot of mismanagement among them
