Please make sure that the tip you put up is useful, the one posted by you is really plain and misleading, coz there is no reason mentioned, presuming that you are referring to the huge unreserved crowd occupying reserved seats, this should not be a problem if someone is travelling in an AC coach, so that calls upon for better details from your side when you post a tip.
