I had booked 2 retiring rooms at new delhi station on 19 june .we reached the station at 6 in the morning and we went towards the retiring room which was located at paharganj side as alloted online, the lady did'nt even let us enter to just kerp our baggs since we were ladies .on top of it she let men enter the rooms without booking at a rate of 100 rs per hour.she told us to sit on the stairs.how could she do this .she then gave our room at 9 a.m and she left as her night duty finished. That is also one of the reasons why railways is suffering

Are you sure about the 100-Re. guys occupying retiring rooms? Probably the dormitories. If it is RR, then its gross corruption. As per rules governing RR allotment system, the lady seems to be correct, but then could have been a bit humane considering your belonging to the same gender. As regards baggage keeping, these days nobody is sure of what it is and wants to keep safe custody of them for the obvious reasons.
