in trains like these , tte's position is that of a surrendered victim , all he does is to collected fine , but doesnt has the voice to tell people not to enter reserved compartments if they are having general ticket . He is content in penalising the passenger. the end result is that a coach ends up having anywhere between 140 to 200 passenger in it ...
increase this train frequency , north bihar doesnot ahve good connection to south unlike patna
since its slot is shared , it is difficult to increase, but the point is trains like this should be on the radar of the IR officials as it runs full , served people from nearly half of India , and then people travel in it with great pain and it runs over crowded ..
