Pls Tell me booking of tatkal ticket for ghy to Anvt in irctc site is W/L 5
W/L 6 it will be confirm or not, If i cancelled W/L ticket then amount will be refund.

Nowadays Tatkal Waiting list tickets are not given priority for confirmation. So, the chances of Tatkal W/L 5 confirming is very less. If you cancel Tatkal W/L tickets before confirmation, Rs. 30/- only will be deducted and the balance will be refunded
