railway counts to and fro journeys as different trains.
A report in a newspaper said that last year 250 trains were started so this year there will be atleast 250., but actually if u see the budget report only 100 smthing trains were announced so they consider both up and down as two different trains and hence this yr 250 means 125 pairs of trains
