feel the freedom of expression is more important. If any one feels some posting is not to his liking, the best way to deal it is to ignore. One hand can not make a noise. Only when a uncomfortable post is replied by someone, then it becomes an argument. I have always ignored all the noisy petty squabbles and have responded only when I feel that my opinion is worth recording. Thank you for your nice words.

I would like to emphasis my philosophy once again: "I visit this site just to relax from my busy office routines not for any serious lessons to be taught or learnt"
However, I am happy that I have learnt a lot of things from here and also got friendship of so many great personalities with a mind to help unknown persons.
