I'm a single user login (and NOT an Agent) into IRCTC site for tatkal Booking and realy astonished to find out the MILITANCY attitude by IRCTC blocking "QUICKBOOK" option.
This is even more surprising as we as an single indivudual can't even make use of the ALL in ONE option "QuickBook" to book a Takal Ticket.
Really Surprised !!!!!!

This situation is very frustrating , not only for passengers , but also for Agents as well.
Some days back , the issue of 'forum to voice the concerns of agents was discussed' but then nothing is heard further.
