This is like khooni pulia of jodhpur.

it all started with lite drizzle... heavy traffic jam... don't know how many missed their train / buses
we throw all the garbage to the SWD and we blame civic authorities. last year 5 year old boy was washed away in SWD. People apart from civic authorities searched for 2 days.. they didn't even find his body
Don worry about such things......the Government would term it as - RAIN WATER HARVESTING. :)
