Today In the Morning spotted GKP JAT Premium Skipping Jagadhri At 15kmphr.I Was Amazed to see the whole rake Empty..the coaches are brand new.(of NER)
What is the need of running trains thousands of Kilometers empty...? Wasting fuels.....
Even there was no one in the Sleeper Coaches....

RB must plan accordingly and should run premiums only on feasible routes
