No surprise, Sangha unfortunately is usually dirty looking and RPMs also are so-so ones, so matches :)
A new bi-weekly AC train is required to clear the extra rush of 12295/ Bangalore-Patna Sanghamitra Express.
It can be soon introduced by IR via

Agar ye train fully ac na hokar 5-6 sleeper coaches bhi ho aur Bagmati ko weekly se tri weekly kar diya jaye toh aur accha hoga
