There is absolutely no food available once the train leaves Mumbai.. not even water bottles. It's highly recommended that you take your food and water before boarding the train.
For the second day lunch also, orders are taken and lunch is served at Jetalasar. Price Rs. 70 (Quality is questionable though)
To avoid this, lunch can be bought at Rajkot.. lot of options are available at PF#1. Thali is available for Rs. 90 which is far better than what is served at Jetalsar.

shubham sir, the real thing is you cannot get anything on the train once it leaves mumbai because it leaves at 8.30 at night and therefore, no one is expected to eat that late and therefore no vendors are onboard. but the next day, once you reach adi / vg /sunr you have good food options. VG is at 6 in the morning and you can get bread / butter sandwiches / cutlets for breakfast. later at SUNR you have piping hot pakodas ( known as bhajiyas locally) for which SUNR is famous. later between SUNR & WKR you are served really good chai by vendors and thence you reach RJT where you have ample choice. further on towards VRL you have option of good food at JND and KSD and towards OKHA you have option of food at JAM and KMBL.

Agreed sir, I was also trying to make aware those who come from South by Udyan Exp and catch this train at Dadar (trust me, loads of people do that :)
They generally don't get enough time to eat something at DDR and in this train also they did not get anything for dinner :(
