I do not know why the ER authorities HAVE to start the UP train delayed, even if the DN train is 3/4 hrs late, thereby continuing with the cycle of late arrival/departure? Can't an extra rake be assembled on those days, given the tight shedule and extremely short turn around time at Guwahati?
