Yestrday (7th dec) surprised a lot as it was hauled by hwh WAP4.Is it permanent or tmporary???

Even if completed soon, it would take a long time for passenger trains to get elec loco. First CRS inspection, then approval, then freights, and then other trains. BTW Hool is getting wap4 and that's confirmed.
I thnk it will take 1-2 yrs more....btw thnks and its party time for siuri
But i think with in 1 years passenger train get e-loco in this section(kan-pkr)
