The following lines should be made Doubling & Electrified by giving funds in the coming Budget or Centre and State cost sharing basis.
i) WADI - PUNE (Helps in reducing time between LTT, ADI & SC)
ii) CT - GTL
iii) FM - GY - BYPL (Helps in reducing the bus traffic between Hyderabad & Bangalore)

For PAK-DMM, electrification should be the main priority. The traffic in this route is less, and for trains to TPTY, route via Kadapa and RU is shorter by 70km, and has more patronage, so doubling for PAK and DMM can be done at a later time.
BZA-GDV-BVRT doubling work has also started I think. I have seen levelling work going on beside the track at many places when I travelled through there in October.
