Take the train 56641/Madgaon Mangalore Passenger from MAO to MAQ and then you can easily catch West Coast from MAQ as the average delay is of about 50 mins. So 20:50 + 50 = 21:40. Still you have 40 mins in hand to catch the West Coast express.
