Can i file a RTI on how a particular train, which runs on time, gets delayed by an avg of 3 hrs on 154 kms stretch and then another one hr delay on 200 km stretch puls 3 more hrs delay on 400 kms stretch ? On what principles are the trains run ? and why a SF class train is not allowed to OT a M/E class train ?
